• Indem Proof : 6 Months Salary Slip, Joining Letter, Job I.D.
• Banking : Mandatory submission of one year saving account bank statement till date (both banks) and three years I return if falling under the category.
• 2 passport size photo copies.
• Cbil Report Compulsory.
• Two checks signed.
  80% to 90% of the property valuation will be loaned.
• Co-Applicant : (Husband/Wife/Mar/Father).
• I.D. Proof, Income Proof, Banking, 2 Nos Passport Size Photo Koshi and Cbil Report Compulsory.
